This was a same-day delivery, and a photo arrived from them on my phone two hours after I'd placed the order providing me with a picture of the gorgeous arrangement that was ready for delivery! Once delivered, they sent me a follow up text (and e-mail) to let me know the delivery was successfully made; impressive, thorough customer service. Very good service, delivery same day with texts and follow up and explaining every step and sending a picture of the flowers once ready for delivery. Althought the colors didnt match the original order but i liked the outcome better.

The bouquet delivered to my sister was as described and she loved it! You never know when you're purchasing across the country how it will go but this experience was great! I will be using them again in the future
