When it comes to ordering flowers online, I get a little worried that the flowers will not look like the picture on the website, but with Flower-Synergy they were beyond gorgeous!!!! My mother was blown away with the flowers and the arrangement. Also, I placed a request for flowers to be delivered before 1030 which I understand is not guarantee, but they delivered it at 0930 and send me an email!! I was extremely impressed, not only with the arrangement that was delivered (it was amazing), but with the special touches they provided! I received an email with a picture of the actual bouquet that was going to be delivered! I have never had any company do that before. Such a great idea!! Then I received an email letting me know the arrangement was delivered! Again, this is not something I have ever seen done before! I loved both of theses services! I always wonder when my flowers get delivered and usually request the person receiving them to take a picture so I can see if they live up to my expectations and the price I paid! In searching for a florist to help celebrate my wife's birthday, I wanted to find a local "small business" because I have been disappointed too many times with all of the large florist chains. I FOUND IT with FLOWER SYNERGY. The arrangement was stunning and my wife was overjoyed. They delivered quickly within the timeframe that I requested AND emailed me a photo of the arrangement before delivering to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. Also, a FOLLOW UP email to tell me that the flowers were delivered. I have never seen that done from any other florist and it was the perfect "small business personal touch" that I had been seeking. I couldn't have been happier. When I experienced a minor issue with one of the flowers several days later, I simply emailed the owner, Galit, just to make them aware (cause it was no big deal). I got a call from her personally and she "bent over backwards" to resolve any concerns to ensure that my satisfaction was her priority! That would never happen with the large chain / FTD florists. I can't say enough good things about them and they have secured a customer for life ! A++++++

There are lots of stunning arrangements in all price ranges to choose from, notes areas for specifics on an order if needed and super fast checkout/payment. Another great thing about my buying experience was the friendly emails I received from Flower-Synergy, not only letting me know my order was in process, but also alerting me when the flowers were out for delivery and again when received.
